1. About AFN Platform

AFN Platform ("AFN", "we", "us", or "our") is a decentralized contributor platform operated at assetforge-nexus.com. The platform is designed to allow contributors to earn SDM utility tokens in exchange for verified, measurable contributions to the AFN ecosystem.

AFN is currently in pre-launch. Features, token allocations, vesting schedules, and platform availability are subject to change.

2. Eligibility

By using AFN Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of the platform does not violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in token-based platforms is prohibited

3. Waitlist Program

Joining the AFN waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, a contributor position, or any allocation of SDM tokens. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We may decline, delay, or remove applicants for any reason without obligation to explain.

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications regarding your application status and AFN platform updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Partner / Affiliate Program

The AFN Partner Program allows approved affiliates to share a unique referral code with their audience. Affiliates and referrals receive SDM token rewards as described on the platform at the time of signup.

• Partner applications are reviewed manually and acceptance is at our sole discretion
• Referral codes are non-transferable and may not be sold
• SDM token rewards are tracked internally and will be allocated at the time of platform token deployment — they do not represent immediate liquidity
• AFN reserves the right to revoke affiliate status and associated rewards in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms
• Bonus amounts may be adjusted by AFN at any time for future referrals; existing earned rewards are not retroactively affected

5. SDM Tokens — Important Disclosures

• SDM tokens are experimental digital utility tokens intended for use within the AFN ecosystem
• SDM tokens have no guaranteed monetary value and may have zero market value at any time
• No secondary market for SDM tokens is guaranteed, and there is no commitment to list on any exchange
• Token allocations are subject to vesting schedules as described in the AFN governance documentation, which may be amended
• The deployment of SDM tokens on Polygon or any other blockchain network is subject to technical, regulatory, and operational factors
• AFN makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of SDM tokens in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified tax professional
• Regulatory requirements surrounding digital tokens vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with applicable laws

By subscribing to the AFN newsletter, you consent to receive periodic email communications about platform developments, SDM token news, and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at hello@assetforge-nexus.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AFN Platform — including text, graphics, logos, visual design, and code — is the property of AFN Platform or its contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content to AFN (including application messages), you grant AFN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for operating the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or application
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, referral systems, or restrictions
• Manipulate referral systems through self-referrals, coordinated signups, or other fraudulent means

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AFN Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFN disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is in active development and may be subject to downtime, data loss, or feature changes without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AFN Platform and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any changes to token allocations, vesting schedules, or platform features
• The value or lack of value of SDM tokens
• Unauthorized access to your personal information
• Conduct of any third party on the platform

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain liability exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AFN Platform and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Links

The AFN website may contain links to third-party websites, including ecosystem partners. These links are provided for convenience only. AFN has no control over the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, remove your waitlist entry, or revoke affiliate status at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify waitlist and newsletter subscribers by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
